In a survey conducted by the magazine "Mountainbike" to determine the best mountain bike terrain in Austria, 18,397 responses were received, in which readers placed the Tyrolean Zugspitze region as the clear favourite.
This acknowledgement has created a stir of excitement among professional bike guiding teams as well as the local tourist industry, who see this honour as a reward for all their hard work. The road to success began ten years ago with the development of the region as a mountain biking haven and the creation of the necessary infrastructure for the sport.

Years of hard work and co-operation with municipal and private institutions have finally reaped fruit, displaying an ideal example of how humans can enjoy nature to the fullest.
