Our starting point allows direct access to the hiking area and the center is just a few minutes walk away. We look forward to you!
The hotel offers a wide range of sports infrastructure directly at the property as well as in the surrounding Tiroler Zugspitz Arena:
- Tennis: Guests can use the hotel's own clay tennis court right in the hotel garden as well as the table tennis facilities.
- Golf: The 9-hole golf course Tiroler Zugspitz Golf is located just a three-minute drive away. The hotel offers special golf packages and has its own golf cart for direct transport to the tee off.
- Hiking: The network of hiking trails starts right from the hotel doorstep. The hotel provides free rental of hiking backpacks, trail maps, as well as trekking and Nordic walking poles.
- Biking: A lockable storage room is available for mountain bikes and e-bikes. Regional bike routes can be accessed directly.
- Winter Sports: The Wettersteinbahnen ski area is only about 500 meters away; other ski areas such as the Ehrwalder Alm or the Zugspitzplatt are quickly reachable. The hotel features a heated ski room with a ski boot dryer. Additionally, there is access to around 130 km of cross-country skiing trails in the region.

- Water World: Guests can enjoy a heated outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a jet whirlpool, and a massage pool.
- Sauna Area: The facilities include a Finnish sauna, a sweat parlor, a herb cavern, and a brine cavern. A rock cavern with ice flakes provides refreshment.
- Relaxation Areas: Relaxation rooms with Feng Shui waterbeds, a sun terrace, and a sun island with solar lamps are available for unwinding.
- Included Spa Equipment: For the duration of their stay, the hotel provides guests with a free spa bag containing a plush bathrobe, slippers, and towels.
- Spa Treatments: Classic massages, honey and foot reflexology massages (choice of 25 or 50 minutes), as well as special treatments in the Emperor's Bath (Kaiserwanne) or on the Softpack floating bed can be booked in the hotel's own vital and massage center. The hotel recommends reserving these appointments early.
The board includes a regional breakfast buffet, an afternoon buffet (snacks/jause, soups, cakes including non-alcoholic drinks), and a 5-course dinner menu. Game, lamb, and Tyrolean bacon come from the host family's own hunt and farm. Furthermore, the hotel features a wine cellar with over 120 top-quality wines.

- Cities & History: The state capital Innsbruck with museums and shopping (58 km), the Ötzi Village in Umhausen (100 km), and the Tyrolean Open-Air Museum Kramsach (110 km). In changing weather conditions, the Alpine Zoo Innsbruck (72 km) is also worth a visit.
- Indoor Attractions: Swarovski Crystal Worlds Wattens (80 km) and guided underground tours in the Schwaz Silver Mine (90 km).
